No photo.
No closeout.
SurfaceOps turns the job closeout into an evidence trail. This representative demo follows a crew from the first site-condition photo through mix, dwell, rinse, after-photo caption, and a report a property manager can actually review.
The closeout trail, step by step
Every screen below is an annotated, representative placeholder—not a live job lookup.
Start with a before photo
The crew can take a camera photo or upload from the gallery. Until at least one before photo is attached, the start action stays locked.
Lock the substrate-specific mix
The recipe records the surface, stock strength, water, surfactant, final SH percentage, dwell window, and whether a rinse is required before the crew ticket is locked.
Make dwell visible
The timer turns the chemistry plan into a field decision: stay inside the representative window, then check off Dwell before moving to rinse.
Close the loop with rinse proof
Completion requires the checklist rows Mix, Dwell, and Rinse. The submitted final pH must land in the 6.0–9.0 range.
Caption the after photo
A finished photo shows the outcome, while a short label tells the reviewer what they are looking at. The closeout action stays unavailable until the caption is present.
Generate a report that carries the proof
The final artifact brings together before/after evidence, timestamps, checklist status, and the chemistry plan. Estimated and actual use sit next to each other for an auditable comparison.
| Parameter | Estimated | Actual applied | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Final SH concentration | 1.40% | 1.40% | within range |
| Estimated vs. actual chemical use | 15.0 gal | 15.0 gal | 0% deviation |
| Dwell time | 8–12 min | 9.4 min | within range |
